The staff at the Injury Prevention Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital will be conducting two compressed video Safe Routes to School (SRTS) technical workshops at your local educational cooperative. These will be hands-on events where participants will receive necessary SRTS information and resources, will learn lessons from other schools and create a SRTS action plan. You do not have to attend both sessions.
If you are a school administrator, school staff member, city manager/planner, local government employee, parent, PTA member, or any other community member interested in the SRTS program, please join us at these two workshops to prepare you to apply for SRTS funding and technical assistance This is an opportunity to begin creating a healthy lifestyle for children and a safer, cleaner environment for everyone in your community.
You do not have to be a member of an educational cooperative for participation in the technical workshop or SRTS.
